full- and part-time service, understand what is expected of them is
critical to project success. Insuring the responsible person has the
needed training and skills is just as important. An effective project
manager understands that they execute the project through their team
and that the team is the major contributor to success or failure.

For roles and responsibilities pmMaturity will
insure that, in the project setting, the entire team knows what they
are expected to do. We will define standard roles and responsibilities
to eliminate ambiguity.
For training and education we provide several levels of project manager
training and mentoring. We recommend an approach where classroom training
is scheduled at intervals within a normal work environment. Mentoring activities
are added to reinforce what was learned in the classroom. |
